BashKPI
Everything you need before your first day: how to sign in, which app does what, and why you may not see everything someone else sees.
Reports and KPIs: sales, labor, purchasing, discounts, reviews, P&L and budgets. Built for a computer.
The shift tool: Logbook, food safety checks, cleaning tasks, invoices and reviews. Built for an iPad or phone.
Report a problem at your Location and follow it until it is fixed.
For administrators: people, roles, Locations, billing, data connections, reports and setup.
Each app is its own page. They don't link to each other, so use My Apps to move between them.
BashKPI uses your Microsoft work account, so there is no separate password to remember. Your administrator has to add you first. If you can't get in, ask them to check that your email is on the Users page.
To sign out, open your profile menu and choose Sign Out. You will see a "You've been signed out" page with a button to sign in again.
Your administrator gives you a Role. A role is a set of permissions, so it decides which pages, blocks and buttons you get. The standard roles are Associate, Manager and Director, and your organization may rename them or add more (up to six). Everything starts switched off, and an administrator turns on what each role needs.
Some blocks can be read but not changed. A block you can change has its own Can Edit permission.
You only see data for your Assigned Locations. An administrator can give you individual Locations, or a Reporting Group (a named set of Locations, such as "East stores"), or both. When you pick Locations in a filter you can only narrow what you already have, never widen it.
Your Home Store is your main Location. WrapUp opens straight to it. It is always one of your Assigned Locations. If you have no Home Store, WrapUp lets you choose from your Assigned Locations instead, and shows "No Home Store Set" if you have none.
