WrapUp is what your team opens during a shift. Everything is saved as you go, and it follows your Location, so you always log to the right place.
Who can use this: anyone whose role includes WrapUp. It follows your Home Store: with a Home Store you work in that Location only. Without one you choose from your Assigned Locations, and with neither you see "No Home Store Set".
Who can use this: anyone with WrapUp access. Fields you can't change for the day are shown as plain text.
The top of the Logbook shows tiles for Sales, Labor, Food Safety and Guest Satisfaction, with the Location's weather beside the date. Under them:
A Morning tab and an Evening tab. Tick each checklist item as you finish it. The HACCP log item ticks itself once the food safety log is done.
Pick a rating from Great shift to Terrible shift.
What happened, Customer escalations and Shift handoff: a few lines for the next manager.
The morning and evening manager, the staff on shift, and scheduling notes.
To add staff, tap + Add Employee and enter a name, shift time and station. If your organization has connected Toast scheduling, the staff list fills in for you and you only add each person's station.
Who can use this: anyone whose role includes the Invoices or Reviews permission. Each one is a separate permission.
Both show up in Bash. Invoices appear in Purchasing and reviews in Reviews.
Who can use this: anyone whose role includes the Food Safety Log. Starting an entry needs Can Add Entry and changing a saved one needs Can Edit Entry.
Below the cards, 30 Day History lists every entry with who submitted it, its Completion % and its Compliance %.
How much of the checklist you answered. A skipped question lowers it.
How much of the checklist passed. A blank answer counts as not passed.
Who can use this: anyone whose role includes the Cleaning Schedule. Marking a task needs Can Complete Task and photos need Can Attach/Remove Photo.
Your Location's cleaning tasks are split into AM and PM. The badge at the top shows how many are done. Use the search box to find a task, a station or a person.
Who can use this: anyone whose role includes History. You see the Locations you have access to.
Pick a day, then choose a tab. Select a row to open its details.
WrapUp follows your role, your Assigned Locations and your Home Store. If a button in the bottom bar is missing, your role doesn't include it. If WrapUp says "Access Restricted", ask your administrator. See why something might be missing. Administrators control WrapUp in BashKPI Hub: roles under Roles, people and Home Stores under Users, and the checks themselves under HACCP, Cleaning Schedule and Journal. Read the BashKPI Hub guide.
